2. Date of Birth

3. You may be required to enter the phonetic spelling of your name and to speak your name. Please use a device with a working microphone. If you need assistance with the phonetic spelling, there are free tools available online.

4. Headshot photo when you sign up to receive personalized photo gallery from The Grad Team commencement photography. Another way to access Selfie signup will be at Commencement Photo Page. That link is not available yet, but you may check back to that URL. JPG. Max. 7 MB. Minimum size 499 x 627 px.
